Happy Fitness Friday! Today’s exercise is…..Mountain Climbers! If you’d like to maximize your exercise time while training multiple joints and muscles groups all at once, then Mountain Climbers are it! You can go slow or at at moderate-fast pace by alternating your legs forward and back. Almost your entire body goes to work with this exercise (legs, butt, back, chest, arms, and stomach). Even your heart gets a piece of the action! By constantly moving your legs back and forth, you elevate your heart rate, thus giving you some cardio-respiratory (aerobic) training too! Give it a try! Try doing just 20 seconds or include it your existing workout plan! Have a Super FitTastic Friday!
