If you’re looking for an easy way to do a little cardio training without a cardio machine or dance routine, then try these agility training movements! You can use cones, bowls, plates, or anything! Space the objects out evenly in rows of two and simply move around them continuously for 20-30 seconds! Have fun! Get your moves on!!!
