Happy Fitness Friday! Today’s exercise is…..Knee Flex/Extend! Want to train multiple muscles at once? Try this exercise! It’s one of my favorites!
It works your butt, legs, arms, and back! You can set a timer to do it for a specific time or count 8-10 repetitions. Be sure to repeat it all on the opposite leg too! Go for it! Knock it out!
